1. Introduction

Welcome to MKITAI ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our services, including our API, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Your password is securely encrypted, and you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.

3. Use of Service

• Our platform allows users to create "presets", which are internally stored as structured decision-making logic used to enhance workflow automation.
• Presets are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
• Users may edit and modify their presets for future use.
• Users have access to our API to run the decision tree engine by sending a JSON payload.
• API usage is subject to rate limits, fair use policies, and authorization requirements.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe Standard Checkout or FastSpring depending on your selected plan.
• By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected subscription plan.
• All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or full refunds once a payment has been processed.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Storage & Security

• We collect and store user data, including email, name, and API-generated JSON payloads.
• Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

6. API Usage & Restrictions

• API access requires authentication, and misuse (e.g., excessive calls, unauthorized access attempts) may result in suspension.
• Users agree not to attempt reverse-engineering or extracting the internal structure of presets.
• The AI-powered decision tree is proprietary, and users cannot claim ownership over its logic.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on API outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
